Beef Caldereta Cooking Instructions:

Heat some cooking oil in a container. Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes.

Add meat and saute until the external parts become light earthy colored. Season with soy sauce and blend well.

Add water, stew over low warmth for around 45 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.

When meat is delicate, add liver spread and pureed tomatoes; mix until well blended.

Place in carrots and potatoes. Stew until vegetables soften and sauce thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add red ringer pepper and ground cheddar; blend well. Sprinkle with stew peppers and pickle relish; combine as one and stew for a couple of minutes.

Serve with steamed rice.

Beef Pochero is a Filipino meat stew. In a similar dish, saute onion and garlic until brilliant earthy colored. Add meat and saute until external parts become light earthy colored. Season with fish sauce, add entire peppercorn, tomatoes and blend well.

Add enough water to cover the meat and stew on low warmth until the meat is tender.

Add pureed tomatoes, precooked bananas, and chorizo. Keep on stewing for a couple of minutes.

Add cabbage, green beans, and salt to taste. Keep on stewing until vegetables are tender.

Add Bokchoy, turn off the warmth, and keep on cooking on leftover warmth. After the bok choy is delicate, mix well, and present with steamed rice.
